1. Penerimaan Ketentuan

Dengan mengunduh atau menggunakan aplikasi Presensi KBM ("Aplikasi"), Anda menyetujui untuk terikat oleh Syarat dan Ketentuan ini. Aplikasi ini disediakan oleh PT. Kopel Berkah Mandiri ("Kami") khusus untuk penggunaan internal karyawan.

2. Kelayakan dan Akun

Aplikasi ini tidak tersedia untuk masyarakat umum. Akses hanya diberikan kepada karyawan resmi PT. Kopel Berkah Mandiri. Akun Anda dibuat secara manual oleh administrator perusahaan; Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerahasiaan kredensial login Anda.

3. Izin Akses Perangkat

Untuk menjalankan fungsi utamanya, Aplikasi memerlukan izin teknis berikut:

Kamera: Digunakan secara eksklusif untuk verifikasi identitas wajah selama proses presensi.
Lokasi (GPS): Digunakan untuk memvalidasi posisi geografis Anda saat melakukan check-in/check-out guna memastikan kepatuhan terhadap area kerja yang ditentukan.

4. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul akibat penyalahgunaan akun atau kegagalan perangkat keras pengguna yang menghambat proses absensi.

5. Hukum yang Mengatur

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini diatur dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Presensi KBM application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This App is provided by PT. Kopel Berkah Mandiri ("We") exclusively for internal employee use.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

This App is not available to the general public. Access is granted only to official employees of PT. Kopel Berkah Mandiri. Your account is created manually by company administrators; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Mandatory Device Permissions

To perform its core functions, the App requires the following technical permissions:

Camera: Used exclusively for face identity verification during the attendance process.
Location (GPS): Used to validate your geographic position during check-in/check-out to ensure compliance with designated work areas.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from account misuse or user hardware failures that impede the attendance process.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
